Sometimes managers and supervisors need assistance dealing with difficult situations in the workplace. This workshop will review some tough challenges supervisors face by examining letters to a mock advice column: “Dear HR.” In this course, participants will:

• Consider both legal and practical implications of scenarios.

• Identify relevant employment laws that could come into play in the scenarios.

• Discuss tips and steps to address the current problem and prevent recurrence.
