Workers’ compensation can be confusing; in these sessions, Margaret Malzahn, Davies Claims Supervisor, will discuss meeting the entity’s needs by better explaining collaborative claims experience.

By the end of the round table, participants will:
• Recognize basic claims forms;
• Define occupational diseases;
• identify the claims flow process and what to expect; and
• Understand the claims investigation process and how entities can help.

These sessions are open to HR representatives, Risk Managers, Managers, and Supervisors.
