- RESOURCE LIBRARIES
The FRISK® methodology was designed to help supervisors effectively create legally sufficient documents for the purpose of addressing employee substandard performance issues and misconduct. Developed by attorney Steven J. Andelson, the training program and accompanying manual provide supervisors with critical feedback components and concrete steps for handling employee deficiencies.
FRISK® provides the framework to:
Affect positive change through clear, constructive communication prior to discipline.
Simplify the drafting of documentation by establishing a common framework.
Ensure that written communication to employees concerning performance deficiencies is legally sufficient.
Provide sound evidence in proving cause to support discipline in the event the employee does not improve.
Continual support and commitment from top-level management is imperative to the successful implementation of the FRISK® Documentation Model.
This session will be presented by Senior Partner Barbara J. Ginsberg of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo and will be the final opportunity to attend this training through POOL/PACT HR.
*Registration will close May 2, 2022.
